embroidered t-shirt

This women‘s t-shirt is made out of a black bonded two-layered acetat georgette. It was all over embroidered in Mumbai, India with metal beads, sequins and trinkets. The motif is inspired by the nature historical drawings of Ernst Haeckel. It closes with hooks on the left shoulder.

Indian embroiders working at Amal Exports, in Mumbai India. Most of them are originally from Bihar a state in the north of India. The handcraft of embroidery is traditionally passed on from father to son. There are only male embroiders working at Amal Exports
